I did not pass the 4. Adobe Connect Add-In Test, how do I resolve this?

The Adobe Connect Add-in Test will test if your browser has the required add-in required to utilize screen sharing capabilities. As a standard participant or attendee, this is typically not a pre-requisite that must be installed in order to utilize Adobe Connect.

At the time of joining a Meeting Room for the first time and this is not installed, a notice will appear requesting permission to download and install this add-in. If this does not occur, visit the Adobe Connect Downloads and Updates page to download the latest Meeting Add-Ins for Adobe Connect 9 for Mac or PC.

If issues with screen sharing occur, we advise uninstalling any existing Adobe Connect Meeting Add-Ins from your computer and installing the latest version.
